Oryx Braai Salt centers on 100% pure, crystal white, natural desert salt that is harvested from a salt pan in the pristine Kalahari Desert. Salt water from an ancient underground brine lake is drawn into the salt pan and sun-dried, suffusing the salt with essential minerals and trace elements that have been balanced within the earth over millions of years. The braai (BBQ to us Americans) blend includes coriander, ginger, garlic, cumin, cinnamon, turmeric, paprika, allspice, black pepper, sun-dried tomatoes, rosemary–all deliciously free of GMO or irradiated spices, fillers and preservatives.
