This amazing piece carved out of a Swamp Tōtara tree, and raised by a black steel plinth. Carved by Joe Kemp (Te Arawa, Ngai Tahu & Ngapuhi), Joe is a outstanding carver and renound for being one of the best carvers in recent times. This is one of the most impressive pieces to be featured on our website and is a product of our sister gallery in Wellington, Aotearoa.
